3. Adaptability: strong anti-overload capability, able to withstand loads three times the rated torque, especially suitable for occasions with instantaneous load fluctuations and fast start requirements;
4. Stable: The low-speed operation is stable, and the stepping operation phenomenon similar to the stepping motor will not occur during low-speed operation. Applicable to occasions with high-speed response requirements;
5. Timeliness: The dynamic response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is short, generally within tens of milliseconds;
6. Comfort: heat and noise are significantly reduced.
Second, the maintenance method of the servo motor
1. To maintain the stability of the power supply voltage of the servo machine, the power supply voltage cannot be changed at will, so as to avoid excessive load on the servo machine and damage to the servo machine.
2. The lubricating oil used in the servo machine must be ceramic lubricating oil, not mineral lubricating oil. Generally, lubricating oil is used when replacing the motor gear to prevent the plastic gear from deteriorating and breaking.
3. Keep the working environment of the servo machine clean, pay attention to waterproof and dustproof, and avoid moisture and dust from entering the inside of the servo machine.
4. Always check whether the relevant parts of the servo machine are operating normally, and deal with the problems in time.
