1.Overview General introduction
Y series 6KV, 10KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are squirrel-cage cast rotor motors designed and produced using the latest high-voltage motors in China. Its protection grade is IP23 (GB4942.1), and its cooling method is IC01 (see GB/T1993).
This series of motors has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, convenient installation and maintenance, etc., and has good insulation performance and moisture resistance. It can be directly used in 6KV and 10KV power grids without intermediate transformer equipment.
It is suitable for driving all kinds of mechanical equipment driven by couplings, such as fans, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools and other equipment, and can be used as prime movers in coal mining machinery industry, power plants and various industrial and mining enterprises. .
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3, and the rating is based on the continuous duty system (S1). The rated frequency is 501-1Z, and the rated voltage is 6KV and 10KV. If users have special requirements, they can be negotiated when ordering.

3.1 The motor is an internationally popular box-type structure. The frame and end cover are welded by steel plates, with good rigidity and light weight. The top of the motor adopts a closed air-air cooler, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, which is conducive to the maintenance and repair of the motor.
3.2 The stator winding is made of Class F insulating materials and protective materials, and the end of the stator winding is fixed by a special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The entire stator is treated by vacuum pressure impregnation F machine solvent-free (VPI). Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance and moisture-proof and impact-resistant capabilities.
3.3 Most of the squirrel cage rotors of this series of motors are cast aluminum rotors, which are reliable in operation; the squirrel cage copper bar rotors adopt advanced and reliable welding technology, and are fastened in the grooves.
3.4 There are two types of bearings: rolling bearing and sliding bearing. It depends on the power and speed of the motor. The basic protection level is IP44. If the motor has a higher protection level, the protection level of the bearing will also increase. Motors with rolling bearings have non-stop refueling and oil discharge transposition.
3.5 The main junction box is a sealed structure, and the protection level is IP54. It is generally installed on the left side. The inlet hole of the outlet box can be turned up, down, left and right around. There is a separate ground terminal inside the box.
